While Kesha Gooding is new to Real Estate, she is drawn to the relationship aspect – time spent with others helping them achieve their home ownership goals, brings her great joy.  Her personal philosophy involves being thankful for the small things – nature’s beauty, the birds singing – and having a bright and positive outlook. As a lover of lifelong learning, Kesha has explored a variety of careers: dental assistant, cosmetology, and 10 years as a Registered Nurse. While each career was different, the common thread is the opportunity to serve and help others with compassion and understanding. 

Kesha is most excited about all the people she will meet. As an empathetic problem solver, she encourages open communication and is eager to explore all aspects of the real estate business – from residential and commercial, to long term rentals.

Personal Life:

Kesha was born and raised near Goldsboro, NC, but spent every summer visiting family in Sneads Ferry, where she says she learned that “…there’s no place closer to God than near the ocean, watching the waves roll in.”

In her down time, Kesha is an avid baker, creating delicious works of art that she freely shares with friends and family. Often surprising her co-workers with a tasty treat! She also loves spending time with her family, her daughter and grandchildren, and at the beach.
